Subtropical vine bearing purple fruit from mid summer.
Likes full sun and shelter from winds and frost. Does best in northern warmer climates
Does best in a light, free draining soil or add sand compost to improve soil if you have a clay soil.
Needs a trellis or fence to grow on. With young plants fruit develop 18 months to 2 years from planting.
Fruit from mid-summer onwards. Regular watering required during fruiting season and is a heavy feeder so benefits from regular fertiliser / compost applications.
20 young plants in 5cm pots standing 10-20cm tall. Just starting new spring growth after cool winter.
